Twelve large eggs are required.
2.5 cups milk
0.5 cups cream
1 cup chopped ham
Eight cups cubed bread

a quarter teaspoon garlic powder
Two cups frozen hash browns, grated
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Grated cheddar cheese (or two cups your favorite cheese blend)
Instructions:
1. Grease a pie plate and set the oven temperature to 400°F.2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry
the fries and add the chopped garlic. Let it sit until it cools down.
3.Assemble your breakfast package in this order: Place half of the bread cubes on top. Once the hash

browns have cooled, add the chopped ham, green onions, and a cup of grated cheese. Stack the
remaining bread cubes on top.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt and pepper.Fifth: After greasing a cake
pan, pour the batter into it and spread it evenly. After a few minutes, cover the pan with aluminum foil
and set aside. Grate the remaining cheese over it. (More ham is our preferred topping.)
6.Remove from oven after 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or when the top of the cake is golden
brown and the center has set.
7. Then carefully slide the cooled cake onto a serving tray.
