INGREDIENTS :
1 young cabbage
3 onions
1 carrot
300g tomato sauce
500g of minced meat
100g of rice
Green onions
Salt
Black pepper
Cooking oil for frying
METHOD :
Brown chopped onions and carrots in a pan. Put at the bottom of the form.
Cut the cabbage into slices. Put in the form.
In the stuffing, put grated onions, green onions, salt, pepper, rice (cooked until half cooked). Mix. Form meatballs and place on top of the cabbage.
Salt the tomato sauce, pepper and add water. Mix. Pour into the mold. Cook for 40 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
