Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower head, leaves removed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the stem of the cauliflower so it sits flat in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a spice blend.
- Brush the cauliflower with the spice blend, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender. You can cover it with foil for the first 30 minutes if you want to prevent excessive browning.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Slice and serve the whole roasted cauliflower as a flavorful and impressive side dish. Enjoy!
