Classic whole Rosted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower head, leaves removed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the stem of the cauliflower so it sits flat in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a spice blend.
  4. Brush the cauliflower with the spice blend, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  5. Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender. You can cover it with foil for the first 30 minutes if you want to prevent excessive browning.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
