Macaroni salad

Macaroni Salad features a creamy texture with tangy and savory flavors. This is a beloved side dish at most all picnics, barbecues, and potlucks around these parts.

Ingredients:

2 c of uncooked pasta

1 c of mayonnaise

1/2 cup finely chop celery

1/3 cup finely chop carrots

1 boiled and chop egg

1/4 cup finely chopped onion, use dried onion

2 tablespoons of sweet relish

3/4 tsp dry ground mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

A pinch of paprika

3 liters of water

1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

Instructions

In saucepan, bring 3 liters of water to a boil. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.

Gradually adding dry pasta.
Boil the water.

Boil after 6-8 min.
Drain well, rinse with cold water also drain again.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.

Placing cooked pasta in bowl and mix well with other ingredients
